Meet Health Nut by Bhavna Kapoor

Hello! I am a Holistic Mind Body Health Coach and it is my deepest wish to see you feel whole, healthy and happiest version of yourself.. Believe it or not it starts with taking that one small insignificant step towards a healthier food, a habit, a thought in your head. Well, that is how it began for me, about 15 years ago. I suffered chronic acidity, bloating, constipation, sinus, brain fog, fatigue, low immunity (the list goes on).. Tired of taking pills, prescriptions and a ‘health management approach’ I sought a different path.This path led to miraculous healing, gave me a new perspective and a gift of deep inner knowing – that I am here to share with you.To tell you that – illness and sickness is not a part of the universe’s design for us. Health Is. Once we start to tune to the sweet gentle messages our body and mother nature is always conveying to us, begins this journey.
